The materials used for O-rings are nitrile rubber, carboxynitrile, fluorine rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, neoprene rubber, fluorosilicone rubber, polyurethane, chlorohydrin rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber Base rubber, natural rubber, ethylene/ethylene propionate rubber, polyacrylate rubber, perfluoroelastomer, etc.
The performance index of the same rubber varies greatly due to different formulations. So simply filling in NBR or NBR-40 in the material column is inaccurate.
The Ministry of Chemical Industry has special standards for materials used for O-rings, such as: HG/T 2579-1994, HG/T 2021-1991, HG/T 2333-1992, HG/T 3089-2001, HB 5290- 1991 et al. HG/T 2579-1994 specifically removes the specific categories of materials, and only gives some performance indicators of the materials.
